What are your pickup, shipping, and delivery options?
- Pickup: We’ll set up a time for you to pick up your order from my kitchen.
- Shipping: I ship your order via USPS within Indiana.
- Delivery: If you’re within 40 miles of my kitchen, I can bring your order right to your door for a small fee.

Do you ship to my state?
I am currently only shipping to locations within the states of Indiana, Illinois, and Florida. But if that ever changes, I’ll be sure to share the good news!

I ship with USPS, and shipping usually costs around $8-15. I’ll confirm the exact price when you order.

How long does it take to ship?
Orders usually arrive in 2–5 business days, depending on where you live. I’ll confirm the estimated delivery time when you order.

Do you take custom orders?
I’m happy to mix and match flavors into one pack just for you. If your pup has an allergy or you’d like a small ingredient swap—like less sodium or a different herb—I’ll do my best to accommodate. I don’t create brand-new recipes for one order, but I’d love to make something special within my existing options!
Can I order a subscription (repeated orders over a given period)?
I do offer a limited number of subscriptions for my standard treats—because I know some lucky pups just can’t get enough! Just reach out, and I’d be happy to help.
How do I pay for my order?
I can accept online payments by credit card (using Square). When you place an order online (through email, phone, or my contact form), I’ll send you a confirmation email with more details for how to pay. If we’re meeting in person, I’m happy to take cash, checks, or credit cards, PayPal, and Zelle.
Can these treats improve my dog’s health?
I make every treat with love, using homegrown and minimally processed ingredients to be both wholesome and delicious for your pup (learn more about what goes into my recipes). While my treats are a wonderful way to spoil your furry friend, they’re meant to be just that—a treat! They shouldn’t replace a balanced diet, and they aren’t made to treat medical conditions. A good rule of thumb is to keep treats to a maximum of 10% of your dog’s daily diet. If you’re introducing something new, go slow and keep an eye on your pup—every dog is different! And, of course, if you have any concerns about your dog’s nutrition, your vet is always the best resource.
I have an idea for a new recipe. Can I order a custom dog treat with this idea?
I love hearing new ideas, and many of my recipes have been inspired by the thoughtful feedback of fellow dog lovers. Creating a new recipe takes quite a bit of time—lots of testing, tasting (by the pups, of course!), and ensuring it’s just right. While I’m not able to offer custom recipes, I always welcome suggestions and inspiration for future treats!
